🏛️ Construction Solutions

General Construction

HAFA's General Construction division delivers commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia — from initial earthworks through structural completion and handover. We self-perform key civil trades and manage specialist subcontractors under a single, accountable contract.

ISO 45001 Aligned Design-Build Capable HSE-First Culture On-Time Delivery

Overview

General construction is the foundation of every industrial and commercial development in the Kingdom. HAFA's construction division was built to give clients a single, accountable partner for the full build — not a fragmented chain of subcontractors and change orders.

Our teams handle groundworks, foundations, structural framing, and building envelope works for warehouses, factories, office buildings, and mixed-use commercial developments. We work directly with EPC contractors, industrial developers, and government entities across the Eastern Province, Riyadh, and the Western Region.

Every HAFA construction project is delivered under a formal HSE management system aligned to ISO 45001, with weekly progress reporting, 4-week lookahead scheduling, and a dedicated project manager accountable for cost, quality, and programme from mobilisation to final handover.
